Out of shape * 6.022 x 10^23

Ever since I got back to Arizona, I had promised myself to take 30 minutes out of my day before the day really started to go running/walking a path I had set in my mind (about 1.5 Miles). 1.5 Miles takes me just about 20 - 25 minutes to complete, so really it was a bit short but it gave me some time to just walk off the pain, as well as stretch upon returning home.

Today was the second time I completed the run, yesterday being the first and wow, I am really badly out of shape. My legs were burning, which off course is good, but it still made me realise that this is going to be some hard work to have the motivation to get out of bed every morning and go running for a bit, but overall I need to reduce my weight just for the simple fact that if I stay like this forever, I am going to have more and more social troubles as people in today's society expect everyone to be thin.
